Welcome to SALAD INDIA! Here are some basic terms and conditions for subscription or single order.

| Store will be close on Sunday & National Holidays.

| Subscriptions

Subscription form must be filled to book the subscription.
Subscription starts after confirming all details and payment done.
All Subscription is Prepaid only.
Pay us through UPI, Net banking and cash also.
Each Salad Net weight 330 grams and You can avail maximum one Salad in one subscription per day.
You get one Dressings box & one Masala sachet in salad box, use it as per taste.
We prefer that, Eat salad within 30 minutes after deliver. You can store it in refrigerator at 0-10 'C for 2-3 hours.
We have options for customization. i) by ingredients ii) by salad iii) by wight. *Rates for customize subscription will vary by ingredients and salad.
In Trial subscription your subscription will starts from running day of week without any skip.
If you want to skip your salad, please let us know one day in advance so we can proceed with skip otherwise it is countable ant not carry forward.
You can skip 06 days in Monthly subscription (21 days).
If you are not continue your salad after skips finished, your subscription is considered as finished by your side.
Delivery free for subscribers only who’s delivery location under 06-08 km. After 06 km charges apply (20-40 rs/day)
If you change the delivery location in running subscription than delivery charges will apply as per distance.
Parking charges will pay by subscriber. It will not count in subscription charges. (applied only if delivery location is in textile markets)
We will deliver all salads Monday-Saturday to a fixed delivery slot that is chosen by you. *Time may be differed by traffic, technical or weather issues. We are commited to deliver salad in between delivery slot mentioned.
On National holidays store reamins close and subscriber will not get their salad. These salads will carry forward in your subscription. *You will be informed by our team before one day.
We are serving all salad as per given instructions provides by you or us. Cause of market, SALAD INDIA can change ingredients and rates at any time. *You will be informed by our team before that.
You cannot end this subscription once it has started. We are not responsible for refund. Additional charges may apply if you do this. (Rate count as per menu + delivery charges 50 rs/day apply)
In case of medical emergency, you can transfer it to another person or Get refund. (Rate count as per menu + delivery charges 50 rs/day apply)

| Single Order

Pre Orders required for easy delivery and fresh preparation. (Always prefer pre orders)
Check all the details regarding order before payment.
All Orders are Prepaid only. You can order from Whatsapp or Swiggy or Zomato.
Pay us through UPI, Net banking and cash also.
Each Salad Net weight 330 grams.

Delivery free for pre orders or advance orders only who’s delivery location under 04-06 km. After 06 km charges apply (40-80 rs/delivery)
Mention Proper address and location for timely delivery.
Please collect your order on gate. (applied only if delivery location is in textile markets)

You cannot cancle order after preparation starts or at the delivery. We are not responsible for refund.
